Financial Support Analyst
Current• Assist clients with issues they may have while usingMIP Fund Accounting application for nonprofits• Independently resolve most complexity support issues• Collaborate with internal experts and escalate as appropriate• Document troubleshooting steps recommended for each support incident in a clear, concise, and efficient format• Collaborate with clients to appropriately identify additional MIP product & service solutions needed• Communicate effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced team environment• Share the voice of the client through appropriate channels to ensure all parts of the organization benefit and have the actionable information needed to drive business
