CurrentEngineer Technician UniversalPegasus Int., Supported Texas Midstream Gas Services, with analysis and management, providing mapping and engineering support throughout the purchase of right-of-way, engineering design and analysis, and construction phases of the project. Communicated with lead engineers, environmental agencies, right-of-way field offices, survey teams, facilities group, geotechnical engineering, and construction contractors daily, coordinating data acquisition and project support with focus on safety and quality assurance. Engineering responsibilities included design analysis of stress forces involved with pipeline installation at major highways, railroads, and waterways crossed by way of conventional bore and horizontal directional drill methods, generating the preliminary design for hydrostatic testing of the mainline pipe, and providing design calculations and technical writing in support of permit acquisition process and construction procedure definition, following design guidelines as required.Draft preliminary and construction alignment sheets on various projects along w/ appropriate County, State and FERC road & stream crossing permits. Reconciliation & as-built responsibilities included quality control and tracking workflow and progress. Added construction orders and redlined drawings into the ISAT database through PipeView. Assimilating data from existing alignment sheets on various pipeline projects into a conversion process into the database.
