Selected corporate strategy and M&A work:• Designed the transformation programme of a major UK bank seeking to simplify its Cards business; led 3 of 8 simplification initiatives, identifying >£50m net savings over a 4-year period and developing executable plans• Developed the market entry strategy for a listed US card issuer exploring opportunities in the UK credit card / POS finance sector; owned the Buy-Now-Pay-Later market analysis and modelled market sizes and build vs. buy entry options• Performed Commercial Due Diligence for 3 buyout funds assessing targets in the Industrial Products & Services, Logistics and Financial Services sectors (EBITDA of £20m+)• Led the global launch strategy of a Top-10 PharmaCo’s drug across the G9 markets; co-led 15+ expert interviews and 2 workshops with senior stakeholders, working with the US- and Singapore-based Strategy& teams• Developed the Energy Efficiency category strategy for a top 5 Oil&Gas company operating in the UK and DE retail energy markets; modelled market size and business case and owned the UK landscape assessment
