Telecommunications Field Technician (Fault Team)
Current- Fault finding, troubleshooting, and diagnosing technical issues on site (Mikrotik, Ubiquiti, Cisco, Tp-Link VDSL equipment)- Providing technical support and assistance to customers via face to face- Onsite installation and maintenance of services at resident’s premises and network infrastructure hubs- Termination, Labelling, and Testing of cabling.
