- Joint Development by Panasonic and Sinarmas Land -Residential and Commercial Property "SAVASA" in Kota Deltamas, Cikarang.Job and Responsibilities : - Administer Master Building Permit (IMB) and PBB until split process per unit;- Administer splitting and merging land certificate;- Coordinate with notaries and bank for the plan to sign AJB with customers;- Draft and review contract/agreements or other legal documents related to company’s operational activities, including agreements for costumer, banks, contractor/suppliers;- Handling general corporate legal matters (RUPS, power of attorney, approval, circular resolution, etc.);- Handling company’s license (OSS).

- Monitor updates company’s certification licenses and permits (OSS, Brand Logo etc);- Manage permissions and negotiate with Governments (BPN, DPMPTSP, BKPM);- Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a range of contracts, including MOU, lease agreement, purchase agreement (PPJB & AJB), procurement agreement;- Take care of store house purchases and lease agreement in Cibubur Times Square;- Handling legal work related to land claim and legal cases;

Research and make legal opinions for clients.
