Utilized solid communication skills with immediate supervisor and higher levels of management, by providing work reports of all daily activity.Research prices and best delivery time frame with vendors, review all procurement requisition forms for complete detail information pertaining to part#, serial#, model# what the product will be used for and etc. Run monthly reports for p-card and purchase orders, ability to follow and understand Federal Procurement Regulation along with procedures required for procurement, ability to provide feedback on outstanding orders to government officials and requestor of each order. Allocate all P-card transactions before 6th of each month, close out purchase orders with attached documentation verifying order receive & vendor has been paid. Audit other buyer’s p-card transactions along with purchase orders, provide feedback with buyers' on finding and resolve issues.

Responsible for $73 million worth of parts and contract procurement requisitions annually. Prepare, track and store records on procurement requisitions, including maximo numbers for funding, for all parts and contracts required to maintain all dining facilities on Fort Benning as well as any commercial equipment brought through the shop. Distribute parts to designated work stations and input all parts data into the WMMS DOL system, as well as annotate parts on DA form 2407. Input labor hours from employees into WMMS DOL daily. Open and close DA form 2407 work orders in accordance with DA PAM 750-8 in WMMS DOL brought in by Fort Benning customers. Perform a final review of records closed on DA 2407s to ensure accuracy and completeness. Run unit ULLS G and SAMSE disks through WMMS DOL and ULLS support website to update unit status. Order and track all NSN items needed through WMMS DOL and LOGSA. Track, record and maintain data and materials from various sources and use to prepare reports in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.

Prepared all unit/organizational supply documents with ULLS as well as maintained non-expendable items on hand receipts. Maintained all unit supply records and forms. Received, inventoried, stored, and issued unit supplies and equipment. Issued and received small arms as well as secured and controlled weapons in security area. Scheduled and performed preventative maintenance on all weapons. Conducted annual and semi-annual inventories for all equipment, including a 10% inventory monthly on sensitive items.
