I was responsible for identifying, developing, and delivering solutions to design-related issues for the 6500 Packet-Optical Platform and Waveserver data center interconnect. My main goal was to address the root causes of problems and prevent further occurrences for major ISP customers. I accurately set customer expectations about problem complexity and developed a resolution strategy that addressed the root cause of an incident. When necessary, I worked with the Engineering team to identify product defects and schedule fixes for the defects in upcoming software releases.

I worked with the escalation team, QA, and engineering to solve customer problems. We identified bugs through replication and testing in the lab environment. Furthermore, I performed root cause analysis for complex networks. I also recommended design solutions to clients. Additionally, I identified security vulnerabilities and suggested critical network security operations enhancements to clients.
