RapidIO is a networking technology used within the cellular base station market and within some defense markets. Mercury invented the technology. The second half of the RapidIO design work was done in collaboration with Motorola (now Freescale Semiconductor) within a formal collaboration that I organized. I co-founded the RapidIO Trade Association and served on its board of directors. I was the director who managed the CEO selection and compensation processes. I was also lead director with respect to our many conflicts with Intel's ASI effort, all successfully resolved.

A long list of successful projects. Most were focused on translating technology opportunities into business decisions or marketing materials. Many were in the high performance computing industry.

Recruited to return to the company and launch an Oracle hardware accelerator business line.Responsible for all aspects of the product design, launch, and sales. Developed two sales channels: Teradata and Oracle Federal Systems.

Managed all of engineering when the company launched its second generation of technology. This was the transition period out of the "start-up" phase.

Charles River Data Systems created the first servers to aggregate early microprocessors. These systems were biased towards high-performance and featured external, coherent caches and the first commercial real-time and SMP variants of UNIX.

While in college, co-founder and ultimately CIO at the University of Connecticut Student Federal Credit Union.My work with UCSFCU was featured in Credit Union Magazine, MONEY Magazine, the Chicago Tribune, and many other national publications.Negotiated and implemented Connecticut’s first shared automatic teller machine agreement.
