Current• Lead the IT Modernization technology consulting practice within the office of the CTO; responsible for the technical direction, oversight and support of an annual revenue stream surpassing $800 Million derived from over $2.2B in pipeline.• Collaborated as a leader and primary contributor on the redesign of Iron Bow’s sales engineering and solutions architecture organizations across five business units and four technology pillars to modernize our technical go-to-market strategy and account team support structure.• Transformed a traditional VAR pre-sales team into an industry leading cross-functional consulting team chartered with removing complexity and technical debt from customers’ IT infrastructure through innovative product and solution development.• Lead the teams responsible for bringing several innovative solutions to market inclusive of Software Defined Unified Transport Network (SD-UTN), Hybrid Cloud as-a-Service (HCaaS), and Hardware as-a-Subscription (HWaaS) with impactful deployments across a variety of customers and continued, iterative development initiatives for each.• Provide market impactful insight and customer focus to leading equipment manufacturers, working directly with product, sales and engineering teams and leadership.• Mentor and develop a team of leaders, product owners and architects within the following technology practices: -- Network Modernization: Cloud-Scale Networking, Tactical Networking, Enterprise Networking -- Data Center Modernization: Private and Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure; AI Infrastructure -- Infrastructure Automation: On-prem and Cloud Automation; Orchestration; Infrastructure-as-Code -- as-a-Service & Managed Services offerings
