Services included are infrastructure, web hosting, database hosting, and desktop support. Managed all technology infrastructure, engineering and operations for DMSP. Key Achievements:Directed development of Virtual Private Cloud offering; net savings to company of approximately $750K per year.Developed cost allocation methodology for hosting business generating $9 million annually. Implemented major business initiatives including Enterprise Storage Architecture project and Enterprise Monitoring project resulting in savings of approximately $350,000 annually.Budget reduction of approximately $300K annually.

Managed all technology infrastructure, engineering and operations for direct marketing agency with approximately $65M in annual revenue. Delivery of several cost reduction initiatives including a mainframe consolidation that saved the company approximately $500K annually.Managed the relocation of the Rapp Collins Data Center that included major logistical challenges, heavy vendor coordination, and covered all major hardware platforms.Budget reduction of approximately $1 million annually.

Led E-Commerce development and implementation for all Commercial businesses with $25B in receivables. Assisted in business strategy development, managed development teams, and worked with vendors on strategic partnerships.

Responsible for all technology operations, projects and $13 million IT budget for consumer finance division. Managed professional staff of 53 people supporting mainframe and client/server development, LAN/WAN architecture and telecommunications. Director, Information Services & TelecommunicationsManaged all PC/LAN/WAN and Telecommunications activities for $9 billion corporation. Total responsibility for all planning, design and implementation of technical projects to support dynamic business environment.Key Achievements: Oversight of major system conversion of $4B real estate portfolio; defined business strategy; assisted in specification development; and managed development conversion team.Managed major corporate relocation project including 1000+ clients to six different geographic locations; installed cabling and infrastructure in 5 locations including corporate office in Irving and major call center in; Implemented predictive dialer/CTI application, IVR, integrated fax solution resulting in extensive operational efficiencies within the call center.
