The CCIE Agent is a title I developed out of need in the IT community for a representative of Cisco Certified people through an advocate for their unique careers. For the past fifteen years Eman has been recruiting from a network of professionals that now has grown to almost 50,000 internationally. The need of hiring companies for these professionals also pushed the CCIE Agent to develop a means to create a community amongst them. Today the CCIE Flyer has grown to become the online publication used to support communications with these professionals and many hiring companies. The success of this effort, in fact, was acknowledged and supported by Cisco Systems Talent initiative called the SRS (Strategic Recruitment Solutions) program when they made the CCIE Agent one of the first to be included in that global effort. The goal of the program was to provide the best recruiting organizations to their Channel Partners for supporting their growth and hiring. Since this beginning in 2007, CCIE Agent remains the only success story long after the talent initiatives from Cisco Systems have died. The CCIE Agent remains the international source for Cisco professionals and has a history of international success in support of the staffing and placement of CCIEs. To this day CCIE Agent, Eman remains the only CCIE Recruiter ever to be authorized and recommended by the Worldwide Channels of Cisco Systems.The staffing of Cisco centric professionals does not end the story.
