Educate them on functionality and best practice in rolling out Allscripts to their end users. Help with the creation of documentation, both for the support team and end users. Complete build elements using both.

Manage the Electronic Medical Record implementation and support for Loudoun Medical Group.

Setup various modules of Allscripts' Touchworks Electronic Health Record software. Conduct one on one traning with all staff (doctors, nurses, support staff). Create documentation for training and support purposes. Support the application and hardware both in person and over the phone/email.

Worked on site at the General Services Administration. Assist clients with maintaining all software applications baselines. Maintain copies of all software used by Public Buildings Service. Train clients on Configuration Management database software. Maintain multiple databases.

Train hospital Medical Records staff on Coding software created by Softmed. Assist with setup of software. Assist with workflow issues created by the transition to new software.

Manage the contract staff and report weekly activities to both the DoE officers and NCI Systems managers. Maintain documentation and information on various energy issues and research customer questions.

Assist NASA employees and the public with all questions for research and general knowledge. Run queries on various knowledge databases, paid and free, covering aeronautics to zoology. Maintain a collection of printed and electronic material and assist with the selection of new material.
