As a doctor working within the NHS for 5 years, I am experienced in high pressure situations requiring excellent communication, procedural and team working skills. I have experience in a wide range of specialties, having worked extensively in surgery and working as a core surgical trainee, before moving on to a general practitioner training role at Guy's and St. Thomas' trust. I believe medical education is key; as a co-founder for MediprepUK, I was able to help prospective medical students on their journey towards realising their dream. Whilst also giving me experience in starting and managing my own foundation. I also have an interest in health and medical technology. Utilising modern day technology to reduce health inequalities and improve population health is imperative, and a field I want to explore more of.
