• Administering the preparation phase, stock management and workforce management of suit jacket production line in Hugo Boss which is manufacturing suits, women’s clothing and shirts by carrying out the management of a workforce of 52 people in 3 groups,• Overseeing the production planning while enabling continuous flow sustainability with mass production as well as monitoring the product & operational quality control and performing corrections and improvements if needed,• Carrying out the groundwork of performance efficiency analyzes and create reports aiming to examine the data and provide development and improvements for the process as well as implement the solutions to the process for a better production & business flow and quality,• Implementing lean manufacturing systems such as Kaizen, 5S, value stream mapping, TPM and 4M to the field aiming minimization of the elements such as error, cost, stock, labor development process, production area, waste, customer dissatisfaction as well as conducting bottleneck analysis and determining the unnecessary expenses & activities to provide project based improvement,• Organizing and monitoring inventory levels to maximize efficiency, creating approaches to optimize inventory control procedures while ensuring product stock is adequate for all distribution channels and can cover the demands,• Performing Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA) to predict the problems that may be encountered during the commissioning phase or life cycle of the product & manufacturing and taking precautions before confronting these problems.
