The Business Operations Coordinator processes maintenance and order requests from various sales teams across Verizon Wireless. This role requires a lot of investigating and researching of business accounts. Practicing this skill has helped me become more self-sufficient and has taught how to better analyze customer accounts. As a Business Operations Coordinator, I've gained a better understanding of how our backend systems operate. I've gained experience working with various departments such as BFO, Credit, BGCO, CORE and I have learned new systems and programs such as ACSS, WFM, SFDC, machforms, etc. In just ten short months I've been able to regularly exceed the daily target of completing 10 WFM request per day, routinely completing about 13-15 requests per day. I know this experience can only strengthen my future sales role. I take pride in helping our sales teams manage their accounts because I know how much they have on their plates and I understand myrole as their support. I am eager to spread all that I've learned and to continue to learn from those around me.

As an SMB Specialist I had the responsibility of managing small/medium business accounts for two retail locations. I was able to build my outside sales skills by learning how to acquire new customers through cold calling, sending marketing emails and through foot prospecting. The key to my success can be attributed to staying consistent, following-up and seeking out answers toprocesses and technologies that were new to me, but the right solution for the customer. This role also involved my effort to drivebusiness sales within the two stores. I was able to do this by taking time to understand each reps comfort level with business accounts, spreading knowledge on systems issues with business accounts and by consistently rendering results to show how much more value our partnership could add to our commission goals. Six months into the role I had the privilege of excelling in monthly quota attainment enough to receive Winner's Circle.

As a Solution Specialist I gained a tremendous amount of knowledge in sales by helping our customers stay connected with wireless technologies. I was able to build a strong skillset in sales by learning to communicate effectively, address customer concerns with tactfulness and empathy and by guiding our customers towards the right solutions to fit their needs. In my final year as a Solutions Specialist I held 1st place on Leaderboard consecutively for 6 months and I helped improve my store's overall HUM sales by taking on an initiative to gain more buy-in from our team
