My journey into 'nutrition and dietetics' started with a powerful observation of those around me. Seeing people battle with weight issues and the serious health risks of obesity deeply moved me. I felt a strong urge to find ways to support them on their path to better health. Equally heartbreaking was seeing malnourished children, their frail bodies affected by hunger. This spurred me to search for solutions and explore how nutrition could make a meaningful difference in their lives. Type 2 diabetes, stroke, heart disease, and other related health conditions, won't stop deteriorating in your body even if all the stigmatization towards you is stopped.Apparently, studies have shown that, approximately 13% of the global population is obese, while malnutrition affects about 22% of children worldwide, as of year 2023.Wellness Warrior, I see you, I understand you and I know that you deserve better.
