*Management of a busy deli/retail shop in a trendy neighborhood of San Francisco.*FOH hiring, scheduling, training, management, and reviewing.*Running service, managing breaks, and resolving guest issues as needed.*Inventory control. I was in charge of retail and cheese purchasing, new product sourcing, quality control, staff education, and performing monthly inventories. *I worked for Recchiuti Confections for about 3 years in positions ranging from cashier to team lead, and ending as a supervisor. *In each position customer service driven sales in a high end, fast paced Ferry Building retail location were the largest priority. *Creating staff incentives such as team games, item sales competitions, and prizes for reaching monthly sales goals. *Comprehensive product knowledge was imperative in this company. Knowledge of cacao origin, percentage, and varying flavor notes/ infusions were key to giving the customer the best service and increasing each transaction total. *Hosting food tours that stop at different shops in the Ferry Building to discuss our brand, product, and demo products.*Processing multiple transactions on Quickbooks POS, adding customers to in-store loyalty program, and taking large phone/web orders while engaging with in-store customers. Building relationships with repeat guests and creating excitement for the brand with each interaction.*Inventory buying using pars, previous sales, budget, and yearly projections to place orders. Monthly inventory counts and valuation input into Quickbooks.*Drawer reconciliation, managing petty cash, vault cash managing, and deposit dropping.*Frequent merchandising, sales goal setting, and ability to work independently in our smaller second location in the dogpatch neighborhood of San Francisco.*At our second location, I managed payroll, scheduling, and inventory tracking using Excel, Fishbowl, and Quickbooks.
