I review financial statements and tax returns to perform financial statement and repayment analyses on commercial borrowers to determine credit quality and risk. In addition, I assist with commercial loan workouts. From time to time, I also review real estate appraisals and evaluations to determine reasonableness. During the pandemic, I reviewed SBA PPP loan forgiveness application requests and supporting documents.

I sold and cross sold the Bank's products and services to new and existing customers, responded to customers' questions about their accounts, performed account maintenances, handled transaction requests and disputes, and assisted on the teller line as needed.

I traveled as needed between various branches in Katahdin Trust's northern market to ensure adequate staff coverage in these branches. My responsibilities primarily included working as a bank teller and/or customer service representative depending on the day and location.

Part-time seasonally during undergrad and then full time for about a year, I worked in sales for a locally owned lumber yard and hardware store. I assisted customers, mixed paint, made small deliveries to job sites, etc. I received some training on construction practices and product knowledge.
