About Emerson Oliveira
I work with web development since 2016 and currently my focus is analyzing and improving projects using Google Search Console metrics, Core Web Vitals.During my professional experience, I worked with several technologies, such as pure PHP, Laravel, Worpress, Strapi and Node.js.But today I work as my main stack, React on the front-end, sometimes with Next.js and Typescript. On the backend, I use Wordpress as a Headless CMS.I believe that a developer's main skill is not mastery of a specific technology, but the ability to easily solve problems, find the answers, and quickly adapt to a new situation. There are several skills needed to be a good developer, and I believe it goes far beyond the code itself.In addition to the technical part, on several occasions, I had the responsibility of supporting more junior developers on a day-to-day basis, including having acted as Tech Lead. For this, it was necessary to develop leadership skills, a lot of empathy, and a holistic view of the project and the company as a whole. In view of this way of thinking, in addition to writing code, it is important to understand what will generate value at that moment, and seek solutions to put into practice.
