I am a practicing School Psychologist and the Director of Behavioral Health at FAACT, with a deep passion for helping individuals across the lifespan—especially children and teens—navigate their emotional and psychological challenges. My work focuses on supporting those managing anxiety, building resilience, and creating a life where they can thrive, even with the added complexities of food allergies.In the school system, I am a strong advocate for the importance of play in childhood development. Play is not just a way for kids to pass the time—it's essential to their emotional and social growth. As New Jersey’s first school-based Registered Play Therapist, I work to integrate therapeutic play techniques that promote healthy coping skills and emotional expression.My goal is to empower others to understand that despite life's challenges, they can create and live a life full of possibility, resilience, and well-being.Happy kids become happy adults!
