Report to center management as well as division manager to ensure staff are in compliance with federal and company standards. Development of training plans to assist both trainer and trainee, conduct bi-monthly training meetings with center's designated trainers, observe employee's weekly to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures, meet monthly on the safety board, update and train on ever changing procedures in a timely manor, and give feedback/ complete tasks assigned by center management.

Received training on phlebotomy, perform an average of thirty vena punctures per working day, machine calibrations, assisting other phlebotomists in performing their tasks and the training of new employees, cross training as a donor processor and plasma processor, maintaining concurrent knowledge in all areas that training was received, and leading the area then reporting back to management team.

Ordering of product, nightly accounting of finances for the day, management of employee and customer complaints, disciplinary action on employees, ensuring cleanliness of kitchen and staff, being trained and training staff on safe food handling standards, ensuring the general flow of food throughout the restaurant.
