- Kept track of jewelry kitting, making sure all new orders were in order date and organized for each time-line required per store purchase, also checked backorders weekly, and orders waiting on any incoming supplies. - Contacted specific vendors via, online ordering, email, phone, and whats app, for jewelry components, documented payment information, shipping dates, etc. - Managed inventory two- four times a year using Craftybase, tracking and organizing all inventory by stone color and category, printing out all inventory sheets from craftybase, and directed other coworkers on what to count and how to complete each section.- Inputed all new incoming order invoices into craftybase per item number and vendor name to ensure all counts in the system were up to date.

- Assisted with photo shoots for new upcoming collections. - Took photocopies of new or missing jewelry for the collection binders. - Received new orders to kit for current and new customers. - Kitted orders by pulling requested components for each order, IE. gold chain, gems, etc. - Assisted with inventory count.

- Worked with SalonBiz/Demandforce software for all salon and spa bookings and to balance the daily cash drawer and checks. - Answered customer inquiries and booked appointments by phone and in person along with assisting in booking large group appointments, bridal parties etc. Spa and salon tours were also given to those that wanted to see the space before booking.Daily cleaning and organizing in the spa and salon- switching out robes, filling water, sweeping and mopping, washing salon and spa supplies etc.- Assisted guests with choosing products specific to their needs and also performed makeup applications on gusts that wanted to try Aveda makeup, and hand massages as guests were waiting on appointments.- Trained new front desk employees on all programs and protocols.- Assisted with inventory count of all salon products twice a year.- Attended trainings through the company for team building, sales, etc. and also was a part of Veda's Earth Month celebration in designing fun outfits with a theme to walk in their annual fashion show/fundraiser.- Helped create social media content for instagram, along with being an influencer, creating my own photography and content promoting the Veda Denver location after I left my position as the front desk receptionist.

- Assisted customers in the store by answering questions and showing them a wide variety of western inspired products, IE. hats, clothing, accessories, shoes etc. Along with helping customers style outfits and pick gifts out for specific occasions.- Organized, restocked and designed displays and merchandise per brand and display type, IE. Brighton Jewelry, Pendleton, Stetson, Life Is Good, Smartwool, Fossil etc. And assisted with seasonal buying and ordering for all merchandise in the store.- Organized and cleaned the store as needed during the day, and restocked items that were running low stock on the floor. Also created a list of all merchandise that needed to be re-ordered as items were sold/running low.- Handled all cash and credit transitions, balanced the cash drawer when opening and closing, along with managing rewards, returns, etc.
