I have joined Flushing Bank to increase SBA loan production with a major focus on 7a and 504 structured transactions across the lending footprint of the bank which includes the 5 Boroughs of NYC, Westchester County, Long Island and North NJ. SBA loans are used primarily to assist small business owners in obtaining financing with lower cash injection into the project, longer repayment terms, no balloon payments, financing of good will and other intangible assets and overall getting funding on more favorable terms as well as when conventional loans are not available. We are focused on a positive customer experience, fast turnaround times, common sense underwriting and great service. All referrals are welcome.

I specialize in originating and closing SBA 7a and 504 loans for purchase, refinance or construction of owner occupied commercial real estate properties; business acquisitions; partner buyouts, purchase or refinance of equipment; business debt refinancing; professional practice and franchise start up. Our loan structures typically include 90% or more advance rate, longer amortization, long term fixed rates and no balloon payments. In my role at TD Bank I am responsible for originating of the transaction; deal structuring, credit screening and participating actively in the approval and closing process. I work with a host of external referral sources like loan brokers, commercial real estate and business brokers, CPAs, attorneys etc. I also support an internal bank channel of lead generation primarily working with TD Bank's conventional commercial lenders, relationship managers and branch network. Working as a team we ensure that we deliver legendary service, excellent rates and terms and meet or exceed client expectations.

I work closely with costumers and referral sources to identify the borrowing needs of the small business owner and execute on the best financing loan package. Also serve as a liaison between CIT’s underwriting and closing departments and the borrower and referral source. CIT SBLC is one of the nation’s leading SBA lenders with PLP status across the country. We provide financing for acquisition or refinance of owner occupied commercial real estate or equipment, ground up construction or renovation, business acquisition, partner buyout, inventory, working capital.

Develop and maintain relationships with mortgage brokers in the NYC Metro area. Help with the loan structure and work with underwriting and closing to successfully fund residential mortgage loan transactions. Make presentations for mortgage brokers on current CIT loan products and platforms.
