About Steven Krueger

I started my journey with a Finance Degree from University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and found my last year that I actually despise normal finance. I had the pleasure of keeping my finance degree and switching my specialization to Commercial Real Estate. It was then I new I found my life-long career.I started my professional career at Marcus & Millichap and with their stellar training program my knowledge for CRE grew and so did my love for the sector. Marcus & Millichap is a great institution and I great deal to them and my mentors within the firm.By chance I found myself in the CRE financing realm and adore the work. Looking at CRE from a debt perspective opened myself up to a wealth of knowledge that was considerably different than looking at it from an equity perspective like I did at Marcus. I continue my journey here providing real estate based SBA loans to business owners and investors around the nation with one of the top SBA lenders in the country.
