With over 30 years of global experience, I am a results-driven business leader skilled in pioneering organizations, restructuring firms, leading IPOs, and delivering market-driven solutions for sustainable growth and profitability. My expertise spans sustainable rural development, investment management, real estate, and telecom. At Green Mountain Invest, I led a transformative initiative implementing sustainable eco-friendly projects that piloted money and products circular economies across 7 villages in the Chouf district, Lebanon. This model was field-tested and patented after two years.At Nawraj (NGO), I founded and led the rural development team, surveying Lebanon’s 1,500 villages and mapping the country into 110 clusters to apply our proven model. We establish shareholding companies for cluster constituents or collaborate with entities like municipalities to manage projects. Our focus is developing concepts, securing funds, and executing eco-friendly sustainable initiatives to stimulate local economies, create and preserve jobs, curb migration, boost repatriation to hometowns, and enhance community well-being. So far, we have activated 10 clusters and implemented 15 projects involving, the formation of 3 companies and collaboration with various local entities.Recently, as the Middle East Region Representative for BioEconomy Solutions (BES), I enhanced my sustainability and development strategy for both rural and urban regions. I advocate for BES’s hybrid Paulownia MegaFlora trees, which have nearly 100% survival rates in diverse climates, including deserts.
