In this role I manage the Salesforce database and its users. As the SF Admin, I oversee the accuracy and integrity of the data, implement and manage SF integrations, create reports and dashboards, optimize standard and custom objects, create/update fields, formulas, validation rules, and other ad hoc projects.

Main responsibilities included but were not limited to: log data into our Salesforce org, prepare reports and dashboards, backup data, work with Data Loader for batch updates, manage several e-mail inboxes, help with data cleaning, de-duplication, backups and other ad hoc projects.

Transportation freelancing

Assisted customers over the phone with their debt relief program. After a few months I was promoted to Controls Assistant, and as such I was in charge of reviewing several processes across the company for Quality Assurance.

I started as a Barista and later was promoted to Supervisor. My role required to prepare a variety of dishes and beverages, maintain a clean restaurant, a clean working area, and serve customers.

Started working as a cashier and was promoted to floor manager. As such, I supervised 4-7 registers in a fast paced environment and assisted customers with their needs as well as delivering cash to management at specific times.

As a tutor, I guided music students in several subjects, including music history music theory and music reading.

As a CS Rep I answered calls from Western Union customers and assisted with money transactions, updates, status, refunds and any other issues.
