I am ensuring that the cost of all services is fully recovered through service charge to Leaseholders, Shared Ownership and tenants. Also looking at the affordability aspect. Setting up annual estimate and actual service charge using in house system RaSQL. Dealing with queries, liaising with colleagues, external company and auditors. Maintaining company records, providing re-let details to lettings team.

My job role was inputting data onto finance systems (Northgate, Oracle), raising invoices and credit notes, credit control, sending quarterly statements and monthly dunning letters to customers. I was allocating payments onto customer accounts and General Ledge codes. Taking invoice payment over the phone. I was processing property disposals. Dealing with invoice and miscellaneous queries, getting relevant information from Qlikview, reconcile customer’s account. I have completed and reviewed AR and miscellaneous procedures.I have covered my supervisor’s duties for two months by doing AR reconciliation, KPI reports, organising and delegating work. I have also reported to my Head of Department and supported him with any queries.

As a Data Input Clerk my duties were: allocating the costs/income on to T-Accounts; entering accurately invoices/receipts using Microsoft Office, saving the P&L, sorting and organising documents. I also did some administration work like printing lable, photocopying the documents. I had to write daily/weekly reports for my supervisor.For six and a half months I was Data Input Supervisor responsible for the team between 2-5 people. I was organising work, training new staff, meeting the deadlines, monitoring the situation with companies; prepared the procedures; write daily/weekly reports for my office manager.
