The DigiPoint is a development project supported by the European Social Fund. The aim is to support the employment and education of young people under the age of 30. The project is co-operated with Vantaa, Laurea and Espoo. In DigiPoint we organize workshop activities and University of Applied Sciences studies. At the beginning my main area of responsibility included the workshop activities and the University of Applied Science studies. When the project progressed my main focus shifted to the University of Applied Science studies.Areas of responsibility -student group guidance: identifying the needs of young people, advising on the topics of study and job search -planning group meetings -interviews with students-co-operation and communication with Laurea and Espoo -communicating the project’s activities through Twitter and Instagram -The client management process: communicating the project to the target group, recruiting young people for the project
