I also participated in performance evaluations, compensation analysis, and definition of strategic goals with the board of directors.Achievements: over 250 new successful hires; launch of an internal wellness, training and corporate identity campaign; optimized control in travel expenses, saving near 40% of investment; implemented KPIs for staffing area and improved time-to-hire and client-satisfaction by 30%; doubled the scope and results of the training area, reducing investment by 80% by using a public fund/program to finance massive trainings. Comprehensive support to the Human Resources and Administration Coordinator, with responsibility for coordinating and executing recruitment, selection and training activities of the general staff for the administrative headquarters and for works as well as for the national trainee program of the organization.
