Grammatip.com is an online language training platform, used in primary and high schools in Denmark with a market share of over 50% for the primary school market. As a PO, I work and deliver value by the following:- I deliver product roadmaps and work with diverse organization stakeholders to streamline product vision and user needs that are afterward transformed into feasible product features on roadmaps and then implemented.- We work with Scrum, so I am involved in the writing of the product backlog, refining it with the team of developers, prioritizing the sprint backlog, solving bottlenecks during sprints, and participating in reviews and retros.
