I'm not your typical 24-year-old self-improvement junkie. After hitting "rock-bottom" and being at the brink of failing 4 college courses during my first semester, I was introduced to the world of reading, journaling, podcasts, and meditation. Knowing that a quick fix pill wasn't going to save me from my rapidly declining mental & emotional health, I decided to dive into the world of personal growth, spirituality, and biohacking. For the past 3 years, I have been on a relentless mission to deepen my self-awareness and understanding of the external world through my top superpowers - curiosity, and awe of learning. Presently, I founded Just Tap In Media, a platform that aims to bridge the new consciousness for the next generation of leaders. We produce digital content including interviews and educative masterclasses with the world-leading shapers in business, spirituality, philosophy, science, mindset, and health.
