Provide program and financial management support for Phase I, II, and II.5 SBIR/STTR contracts for Team Submarine. Train new employees and Government personnel on the Small Business Innovative Research (SBIR) and Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) program, processes, and procedures. Provide technical review of the Program Office’s annual SBIR Topic Submissions which allows small businesses to develop potential solutions supporting the Department of Navy (DoN) various Research & Development (R&D) needs. Create/update briefs for TSUB SBIR Weekly Status meeting with the Technology Manager (TM) as well as briefs supporting the TSUB SBIR Bi-weekly meetings with PEO SUB-B. Attend various Navy SBIR Conferences and Outreach Program. This involves meeting with small business personnel interested in pursuing SBIR contracts and discussing how their technology can benefit the Team Submarine program.

Provide program management support for over 100 SBIR Phase I and II contracts for Program Team Submarine. This effort involves daily interaction with the Technical Points of Contact (TPOCs), Contracting Officer Representatives (CORs), and contracting companies on all SBIR Phase I and II matters.
