Learning and Development expert with over 15 years of experience in the construction, oil and gas, maritime and logistics, training and education sectors. Qualified in QHSE, Human Resource Management, Learning & Development, Education Management, Logistics and Shipping.Conceptualised and managed several significant multi-million learning and development projects, including team sizes from 10 - 70 people. Designed and implemented a training management system recognised by the American Bureau of Shipping, Russian Register, Bureau Veritas and the Nautical Institute (UK). Currently, the main focus areas include but are not limited to trainer and facilitator development, behavioural and habit design, performance and educational consulting. Actively researching and implementing new methods and innovations in learning, including coaching, mentoring, Learning Management Systems (LMS), Learning Experience Platforms (LXP), educational simulators and augmented/ virtual reality solutions.For the past 8 years managing the Training Center of Azerbaijan Shipping Company, the biggest training organisation in the country, specialised in training and certification of seagoing and shore-based personnel.
