My primary role was to:- Recruit teachers (both local and international), principals, and other staff, fostering a diverse, inclusive learning environment across multiple schools.- Lead strategic recruitment efforts for culturally competent educational professionals aligned with the school’s growth and educational goals.- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates from Sweden and abroad.- Support six different school groups (middle school, high school and adult education), conducting recruitment in Swedish and gaining expertise in the various education sectors.- Build our employer brand by creating and launching seven career websites, generating over 1,000 candidate connections in the first two months.- Improve recruitment workflows and the candidate experience by using TeamTailor and Cruitive, two of Sweden's leading applicant tracking systems.
