Cybersecurity Strategist • Technologist • Community & Market LeaderI am currently serving the role of Cyber Strategist, Senior Lead Technologist, and Market Lead in Critical Infrastructure at Booz Allen Hamilton. I am also Chief Community Officer (CCO) at Red Alpha Cybersecurity—a cybersecurity talent development company—, and the Chair of CREST Asia Council. I have been in the cybersecurity industry for more than 10 years, with experience in many cybersecurity trades — including R&D, cybersecurity operations, governance, policy and regulations, consultancy, and ecosystem development.I am an active contributor to the cybersecurity ecosystem in Singapore. I play an active role in catalysing cybersecurity conversations and thought leadership, both locally and internationally. I founded Division Zero (Div0)—Singapore’s largest techno-centric cybersecurity community group—, and Infosec In the City, SINCON—Singapore’s international techno-centric cybersecurity conference.I also lead The Honeynet Project, Singapore Chapter—a non-profit cybersecurity R&D institution. I am also an Executive Committee Member of the Singapore Computer Society (SCS) Cybersecurity Chapter, and the Association of Information Security Professional (AiSP). In recognition of my contributions, I was awarded the inaugural Cybersecurity Awards (Professional Category) in 2018 by the Cyber Security Agency of Singapore (CSA), and received a Special Recognition Award in 2023 by the Ministry of Communications and Information (MCI). I was also listed amongst Tatler's 2024 Gen.T Leaders of Tomorrow.
