In this role, I supported 1300 employees across more than 20 locations across multiple US states. In addition to my normal duties of employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, organizing employee events, EEO and AAP fillings, and HR data compiling, I also managed our HR interns and receptionist and completed the following projects:• Led implementation of an upgraded Applicant Tracking System for the entire network• Implemented online new hire paperwork, reducing burden for hiring managers, increasing data security, and improving time to entry in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS)• Created and gained approval for an expansion of our vacation policy for new hires• Eliminated manual entry of temporary employees’ hours by utilizing the ERP, reducing hours of administrative labor• Created and conducted Excel training for office workers at different proficiency levels• Provided Reasonable Suspicion Training (drugs and alcohol) for 30+ managers• Trained and provided a toolkit for hiring managers from job posting to ninety-day review• Implemented attendance policy for the corporate warehouse, improving consistency and reducing tardiness and last-minute absences• Created PPE reimbursement policy • Launched company store and rewards platform following pilot program• Developed data dashboard for the quarterly employee recognition programIn this role I utilized the following technologies:• ADP Workforce Now (HRIS)• Pace (EFI)• Time IPs• Syteline• Microsoft Office Suite
