After five years working as a Human Resources Business Partner, two years of graduate school, and six years of working in customer service, I decided to take a hiatus to pursue a personal goal of mine - moving to Spain to become fluent in Spanish. After over six months of intensive courses, I am happy to say that I now have a B2/C1 level of Spanish! With that accomplished, I am ready to get back to working full time as I continue improving my language skills and enjoying the beautiful city of Valencia. I am looking for a role in which I can utilize the skills I developed working as an HRBP, such as recruiting, project management, process improvement, and data analysis along with the knowledge that came with my master's degree and the practical skills of working as an Assistant Manager in a retail environment. Additionally, I am looking for a role in which I am able to continue my professional development. My main HR interests include employee experience, process optimization, and data analytics. At The Vomela Companies, I supported 1300 employees in over more than 20 locations as a Human Resources Business Partner. During this time, I implemented several new processes and systems, including a new Applicant Tracking System and a new onboarding process.
