I am a graduate of Missouri State University with a degree in Marketing/Advertising and Promotions. Though out my professional career I have learned how create and maintain successful relationships with various companies. I deal with deadlines on a daily basis and make sure to complete my assignments and tasks prior to their deadlines to allow for unforeseen changes or modifications that may arise. Dealing with deadlines lets me use my organization skills by making sure everything is in the correct location and using color coordinated to-do lists to catalog items I need to complete by level of importance. I have also developed great communication skills though daily phone calls or email messages with current/new clients or employees. Also I have developed many training programs/procedures for new/current employees to be trained on new/current programs.While at Missouri State University I gained a lot of experience with Advertising and Promotions through class projects. Along with members in my groups we created awareness of local businesses around Springfield, MO. These projects taught me about keeping to deadlines, effective ways to present your material, research tools, working well in groups, guerrilla marketing, print, radio and magazine ads. While at Missouri State I was a member of the International Business Fraternity Delta Sigma Pi, where I held executive positions for the three years I was an active in the fraternity.
