-Supports program participants in navigating and excelling in their academic endeavors throughout their undergraduate years in college.-Provides college preparedness tools and connects undergraduate students to community resources.-Maintains professional relationships and communication with supervisor, colleagues, post-secondary institution contacts, and community partners.-Conducts monthly one-on-one meetings with students for college preparation, reviewing financial aid, resumes, and academics.-Documents individual and group interactions, entering data into CoPilot/Salesforce database weekly.-Gathers content for success newsletters, including scholarships, internships, job opportunities, and college/campus resources.-Attends professional development training and conferences.

Provide strategies and work with the programming team to help craft a communications plan. Organize, write, and create digital content for social media through interviews, videos, and interactive posts that highlight the work of the organization in both English/Spanish. Participate in the planning and implementation of program events with the programming team. Establish, track, and evaluate metrics of success, and adapt strategies to grow and improve outreach results over time.

Assisted with employee relations, recruiting, and onboarding processes. Primarily work on updates in Workday, DocuSign, and HR Suite. Perform basic administrative office functions including, but not limited to hands-on support with customers, document sorting, mail distribution, complex data entry, and filing.
