Assembled an RFP document for the procurement of a $5 million Advanced Traffic Management System; authored a Pedestrian Crossing Strategic Plan and a Traffic Calming Policy; created a city-wide traffic simulation using Synchro to assist in performing traffic impact studies; collected and analyzed data such as volume and turning movement counts, radar speed studies, etc.
