• Led fundraising for national expansion efforts, successfully securing new, multi-year funding• Secured earned media and managed media relations• Assessed existing communications infrastructure, developed a national brand strategy, and authored national brand/style guide• Drafted relevant and compelling cross-platform communications to engage existing and new audiences • Oversaw research, selection and integration of a new donor management system (Classy) with current CRM system (Salesforce) to improve donor experience and relationship management
