As an Onboarder, I was responsible for welcoming new clients into our program and gathering all necessary information to get them started. This position allowed me to explore my organizational and communication skills through training sessions I conducted for clients, emails and phone calls, and thorough note-taking so tasks could be created efficiently for the rest of my team.
