Write content -- including research reports, policy briefs, and blog posts -- to advance insights across the organization's policy areas, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders and developing novel content ideas.

Informed the implementation of economic security-focused projects through research and producing memos and slide decks. Analyzed over 20 responses to an NJEDA-issued request for information on the implementation of state legislation to alleviate "food deserts." Influenced the state’s identification of “food deserts" by distilling public comments into a memorandum and presentation for internal and external stakeholders.

Part of Sacramento State’s nationally-recognized Capital Fellows Programs, Judicial Fellows work in the California judicial branch at the highest levels of court administration. As a fellow, generated a media kit—including flyers, social media posts, and newspaper advertisements—using Adobe InDesign for 22 courts to promote services available for court users without attorneys. Produced ~10 public information videos using an animation software, which I taught myself.

Coordinated administrative support (inc. event management, office maintenance, and general incoming client inquiries) for a fast-paced law office of ~30 attorneys.

Fellowship in one of the few local health departments in the country that focuses on climate change. Conducted outreach to 22 stakeholders — including researchers, non-profits, private firms, and government agencies — and incorporated their feedback into a draft plan to reduce the urban heat island effect in LA County.

Created maps of population density by race/ethnicity in project area through extrapolating demographic data and using ArcGIS. Performed research in RI Department of Environmental Management archives to discern history of environmental remediation on brownfield sites and compiled short summary sheets on site history.

Conceptualized and developed infographics on food safety and healthy community design for dissemination on CDC social media and to stakeholders. Conducted qualitative interviews with public health experts about health impact assessments and craft plain language summaries for publication on CDC's website. Presented at annual Climate and Health Symposium on "The Effects of Climate Change on Environmental Justice Communities in LA county" to over 30 CDC colleagues.
