Senior Implementation Manager
CurrentProvide strategy, oversight, and detailed project management through the entire onboarding lifecycle to ensure efficient and effective implementation systems and processes. Build, maintain, and track implementation health and timelines in order to achieve timely and well-defined deployment, as well as to provide metrics for analysis and continuous improvement. Assess and mitigate risk and maintain quality assurance throughout the implementation process. Oversee a team of implementation managers, fostering seamless collaboration, timely progress, and open communication among internal and external stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes that meet the satisfaction of all involved parties.
