Managing a busy office for an established bespoke joinery and building restoration company, making effective decisions that help the company function smoothly, including organising the day-to-day operations, such as the coordination and communication of all departments, monitoring projects from first enquiry to completion, customer liaison, HR management, estimating, invoicing, buying, advertising and representing the company at networking events.

Managing orders from quotation through to print including all design aspects. Overseeing up to 80 orders at one time with full customer liaison. Role includes plate and screen creation, die processing and full communication with suppliers across the UK and the Far East. Relationship building and good communication skills were essential. Current clients include a number of reputable end user and trade companies across the tourism sector.

Graphics company experience included creative design, amendments, printing, cutting, and mounting work. Also liaising with customers and preparing work for presentations. Took on this role to gain experience whilst in full time education
