CurrentLed the expansion of our Revenue Enablement function from a team of two to ten, supporting revenue growth from $50 million to $150 million+ and growing our Customers from 2500 to 6500. Expanded the scope from Sales (New Logo) Enablement to full Revenue Enablement (SDR, AE, AM, CS, etc), supporting onboarding, product releases, new messaging, process updates, new tool implementation, SKO, etc.Developed and implemented an annual Enablement strategy in partnership with Sales and CS Leadership.Spearheaded the selection and implementation of a new Sales Process for Reps and Leaders.Partnered strategically with PMM to develop, implement, and iterate on a Product GTM process.Supported GTM teams through the successful integration of 2 acquisitions.
