Predominantly working within the resources team, I conduct qualitative research on resource policy issues and support the writing and production of reports, briefings, and blogs. Topics include critical raw materials, circular business models for textiles, digital inclusion and e-waste, and resource reduction targets. Additionally, I assist with event organisation, provide administrative support for projects, and support the communications team with social media and website content creation.

I assisted in producing project reports and grant proposals for environmental protection projects funded by Horizon Europe, Interreg Europe, and the German Postcode Lottery. I contributed to guidebooks and reports, provided translation and proofreading assistance, and designed layouts and graphics. Topics included modal shift, REACH and chemicals regulation, plastic pollution, and behaviour change. I also managed social media channels and websites for each project.

I worked in a team of 4 to advise a national healthcare charity on their fundraising strategy by researching metrics to measure donor trust. I integrated these into a balanced scorecard and presented the final report to the charity's leadership.

I led a team of 7 volunteers to organise a regional forum for 108 delegates and successfully engaged 24 first-time participants from priority schools. I managed budgeting and record-keeping in compliance with UK charitable organisation standards.
