Worked as a senior sales assistant at P3 Sports & Recovery, where I managed a variation of health recovery services, such as Sauna’s, Contrast magnesium baths, Hyperbaric chambers, Compression garments and others. I ran shifts supervising junior staff members and was proficient in opening and closing the store. It was extremely important to maintain a high level of knowledge about the recovery resources to be able to give customers an insight on what was best suitable for their needs as well as being able to grow relationships with them to have loyal returning customers. A large component of my job was being able to connect and relate with customers about their progress and recovery in sports, rehab and general lifestyles. Other responsibilities included, handling cash, correctly managing high tech recovery equipment, handling large group bookings and customer complaints professionally as well as selling products and services.
