At mindsight, I do a number of things. On the qualitative side of things, I manage client and vendor communications as well as develop screeners to find the right people for focus groups, in-person interviews, and online bulletin boards. I oversee the recruit of all participants. On the quantitative side of mindsight, I manage the fielding process when surveys are live and gather the data and put it together to get ready for the client. I have also helped in other departments of the company like with Partner Success when I reached out to past clients to see if they would be interested in more research and I also helped with our Business Development department to see how we could use AI in our day to day research life.

At Rockwell, I do everything marketing and social media. I work mainly on the social media side but also work on business development aspects. Recently, I doubled our follower account due to reels that went viral and also as a result, Instagram reached out to start paying us for content posted and viewed. I manage photo shoots and logisitics of upcoming events and promotions.

At WLJ Advisors, we focus on disrupting ourselves on the S curve of learning. I was able to participate in a couple of projects that include the Disrupt Yourself podcast. I have done market research on how to utilize the podcast for the next book launch as well as how to make the podcast even better based on audience preferences. I also worked on leveraging the social media for the upcoming book launch.

I managed the BYU Marriott Student Council Instagram. The Instagram is a place where we highlighted students within BYU Marriott to create a culture of inclusion. I also have helped with some branding of clubs and the creation of a student survey to better understand the student experience within BYU Marriott.

I created Facebook, Google, and LinkedIn ads for different programs that wanted to be advertised. For my training for this position, I became Google Ad Word certified, Facebook business certified, and Google Analytics certified. I have created over 20 campaigns and reported on over 15 campaigns.

Throughout the semester, I worked on a brand management project for the BYU Law Library. I conducted qualitative interviews and quantitative surveys to figure out how students perceive the Law Library and how we can brand the library differently. I helped to create a personality for the library as well as designed different advertisements for events.

For a few months, I interned at Lou Lou and Company. The project that my team was given was to increase the Instagram following of Lou Lou's Instagram. As my team collaborated with the owner, we felt that creating a blog and doing influencer marketing would help create the brand in the way they wanted. I researched different influencers whose style was congruent with Lou Lous's, then I reached out to them. If they were interested, we sent them product to promote on their Instagram. With certain influencers, we interviewed them and created a blog. After the couple months of working with Lou Lou, my team helped increase their following by 5000.
