Managed a research team during multiple microbiology experiments on a novel antibiotic product. Supervised and instructed 3 undergraduate students working in the laboratory with me, and reported on their progress and the experimental developments to my supervising professor via email. Composed multiple laboratory reports on the findings of each experiment conducted, and assisted in writing a final, composite paper, discussing the laboratory findings over a three year period, that was published in the journal Applied Microbial and Cell Physiology.
