As the intern for the Club Development department at USA Swimming, I was involved in numerous projects that support the growth and development of a 400,000+ membership. Diversity and Inclusion projects include creating Engagement Guides specific to underrepresented demographics in the sport of swimming, assisting in the expansion of the Diversity and Inclusion page on the USA Swimming website, data analysis and interpretation and creating databases. I also assisted with other projects within the department such as creating online registration for coaching clinics and other events, verifying membership data in SWIMS and any other assignments as asked.
